As part of a collaborative exhibition called "One Hundred" Ervin presented a series of mugs. Each vessel was illustrated with a different herb from the Western North Carolina region and included a hand-died paper tag that described the herb and its properties. The exhibition was held in the Burroughs Wellcome Senior Gallery, October, 2011.
